Wild Ones Upper Ohio Valley (Seedling) Chapter serves communities in and adjacent to Hancock, Brooke, Ohio and Marshall Counties the Northern West Virginia Panhandle and Jefferson, Belmont and Monroe Counties in eastern Ohio.

A PAL is not assigned to a chapter but joins a group of members who work solo in their own communities or simply enjoy the benefits of a Wild Ones membership.
